Megan Brenn-White founded and directed The Brenn-White Group from 2010 to 2019. She has held senior management positions at global websites, and has served as deputy director of DAAD New York, executive director of the Hessen Universities office in New York, and director for international partnerships at Parsons School of Design. Megan has been a regular contributor to publications from IIE, EAIE, and DAAD, as well as a frequent presenter at conferences such as EAIE, APAIE, NAFSA, FAUBAI, and AIEA. She has also served on the editorial board for the AIEA and the marketing and recruitment steering committee for EAIE. Educated at Harvard University and the London School of Economics, she is fluent in German and has working knowledge of French.

Laura Montgomery draws on nearly 15 years of experience in higher education marketing and communications. She is currently Director of Program Marketing at The New School in New York City, where she is responsible for positioning, messaging, and enrollment marketing strategy for degree programs across the university. In past consulting projects, including as Senior Consultant with The Brenn-White Group, Laura has worked with more than 35 universities, professional schools, and organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia. She has also held senior communications roles with European organizations such as Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and RWTH Aachen University in Germany.

Dr. Vicky LewisDr. Vicky Lewis is an independent consultant advising universities in the areas of international strategy and marketing planning. For nearly 20 years, Vicky held a number of senior posts within the UK university sector, from establishing an international office from scratch to leading an 80-person marketing and communications directorate. She has 13 years’ experience within university leadership and has led organization-wide initiatives including the development of institutional marketing and internationalization strategies. Vicky is a University of Oxford modern languages graduate (German and French) and completed a Doctor of Business Administration degree in higher education management at the University of Bath. Her doctoral thesis examined the motivations, strategies, and approaches to internationalization at UK higher education institutions. Over the years, Vicky has presented at a range of conferences including NAFSA, EAIE, and Going Global.
