Okay, so this list is probably already out of date by the time you’re reading it. (Want to talk about content management sometime?) It also reflects only a tiny portion of the projects we actually do – but we think these examples might spark your imagination about how we can help you and your institution. So, here goes:
— We’ve created print and online recruitment materials for international students that take into consideration the target audiences and disciplines, as well as the unique attributes of the recruiting institution.
— We’ve analyzed and optimized websites for many, many institutions, whether as part of larger content overhauls or simple check-ins, to help them see how their site was working (or not!) for international audiences.
— We’ve developed and led both online and offline professional development for higher ed professionals and faculty on topics such as content strategy, the US perspective on German higher education, engaging faculty in the internationalization process, and more.
— We’ve optimized brochures, websites, and presentations to make sure that 1) the messages truly represent the institution, and 2) those messages are being communicated clearly and effectively.
— We’ve conducted benchmarking research and alumni surveys to determine an institution’s unique offer and harness the energy and enthusiasm of recent alumni in recruitment efforts.
— We’ve edited accreditation applications (EQUIS and AACSB) to help make sure they were explaining the institution and its goals in ways that international peer reviewers and awarding bodies could understand.
